As part of the Precious Cargo exhibition ‘Eliza Draper: An Absent Presence’, the Laurence Sterne Trust worked with five partner schools on a series of workshops designed to broaden the children’s understanding of the 18th century.

The schools involved were Carlton Miniott Primary School, Riverside Community Primary School (Tadcaster), Husthwaite Church of England Primary School, Sea View Primary School, (South Shields) and The British School, New Delhi, India.
